I sent it in for only a malfunctioning ethernet port but now It won't even boot anymore. Fast forward to the day I'm leaving this review having just received my board back from RMA and I had to write this message to MSI support. I've reset the BIOS, updated the bios, reinstalled windows, and tried both windows 10 and windows 11. I have tried every possible combination of new cables, different ports on both the router and computer, including the 1gig port on both.Įvery port works except for my MSI motherboard's 2.5G port. I use the multi-gig port on my router/modem side (Netgear CAX80). I use the 2.5G port because I have over 1gbit internet speeds to my home. I didn't think anything of it at the time because it would only occasionally drop the connection for like 5-10 seconds maybe twice a day.Īll of a sudden, a couple days ago it stopped working completely. I told them my next laptop wont be a MSI. I have been told my hard disk is not ok and needs to be replaced!!! I think all the MSI laptops are so bad that the technical support team does not have time to send me the OS link. I have been following up and they keep saying they will send it. That was on March 30th and today is 6th April. They asked me to send an email and told me they will send me the link to the OS which I can install on my own. Solution: Went to the service center in Hyderabad by they behaved in such a bad way I took it back.Ĭalled up the service center number (022 4912 5588). Last week my laptop crashed and i could not do a factory reset as the blue screen kept coming in a loop. Upgraded from win10 to win 11 and its as slow as a snail.
Battery adapter conked off in 2 years - Had to run from pillar to post to get a new one.ģ. Solution: Got a new one but of no help so I had to use Feviquik to glue it.Ģ. Got it repaired but the screen keeps popping off.
